General Counsel for the District, Jason Howard, provided an update to the Board on the status of the State Bar complaint against Bruce Greene.  Greene, the former attorney for the District and management company, HCCA, filed a motion to abate the disciplinary proceeding pending resolution of a related criminal proceeding.
